Returns & Exchanges

The health and safety of our customers and the quality of our product is a top priority for us at Fit Whip. While COVID-19 is upon us, we are not able to accept any unopened product returns for safety and sanitary reasons. Please email us at if you have any questions or concerns. If your product was damaged during shipment, please send us pictures and a description of the damage within 5 days of receipt and we will ensure your item is replaced.  


There are so many ways to enjoy Fit Whip Frozen Treat and Baking Mix! From our classic preparation to cakes, cupcakes, waffles, pancakes and more! If you are unsatisfied with a product you opened, we recommend you try one of the many recipes we have created on our recipes page!


Pre COVID-19 Policy (cancelled until further notice)

Due to the shelf life and need to maintain the quality of ingredients in our products, we have a 30 day refund policy. We can only accept returns for unopened products due to sanitary reasons within 30 days of receipt. If you would like to return your unopened product, please contact us at and we will provide you with a 100% refund for the cost of the product, minus the cost to ship the product back ($4.99/tub). Once your shipment is received and inspected, we will credit your account.
