Protein Samoa Girl Scout Cookies

- Makes 12 Cookies
INGREDIENTS

2 Scoops (38g) Chocolate Fit Whip

3/4 cup Coconut Flour

2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 cup Applesauce
-
1 egg
-
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond or Coconut milk

2 Tbsp Butter, softened

1 tbsp Greek yogurt
-
1/2 cup Smucker's Sugar Free Caramel Sauce

1/2 cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350'F. Spray a 12-count muffin tin with nonstick spray.

In a medium sized bowl, mix together dry ingredients.

In a small bowl, mix together wet ingredients.

Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until combined.

Divide batter evenly into 12 muffin tins; press to ensure cookies are flat.

Bake for 10 minutes in preheated oven.
- When done cooking, allow cookies to cool and remove from tin.
- Mix together toppings ingredients and then divide evenly on top of each cookie.
- Enjoy!!!
