Prepare Fit Whip with heavy whipping cream for a creamy, sweet, decadent dessert for ~5g net carbs! One serving prepares over a pint of ice creamy goodness, so feel free to share it with a friend!

Makes 1 big serving

 

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops (38g) Chocolate Fit Whip (may also use Vanilla Sugar Cookie Fit Whip)
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened Almond beverage, or any other low-carb liquid
  • 1.5 – 2 cups Cubed Ice

Optional Toppings (add as desired)

  • 1-2 tbsp roasted nuts
  • 1-2 tbsp unsweetened coconut
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar-free syrup
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  • Prepare Fit Whip as usual (see instructions on package), combining the heavy whipping cream and unsweetened almond beverage (or another keto-friendly liquid) before blending. 
  • Once Fit Whip has achieved a creamy, fluffy texture from blending, pour into your favorite bowl and top with keto-friendly toppings, as desired.
