Fit Whip Pumpkin Cake

Fit Whip Pumpkin Cake

  • Prep Time = 5 mins
  • Microwave TIme: 2-2.5 minutes
  • Bake Time: 15-17 Minutes

Makes 1 big serving of cake 


  • 2 scoops (38g) Chocolate Fit Whip
  • 12g PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter  (2 Tbsp)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 packet Stevia (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Dash of salt
  • 3/8 Cup Unsweetened Almondmilk (3oz) or other milk of your choice! 
  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree (57g or 2oz)

OPTIONAL - Toppings of your choice

  • Fat-Free Whipped topping or Oikos Vanilla Triple Zero mixed with 1oz pumpkin puree and dask of pumpkin spice
  • Sprinkles
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs


  • Mix together Fit Wip, PB2, and baking powder, salt, stevia and pumpkin pie spice in a small-to-medium bowl.
  • Mix milk pumpkin puree in a separate small bowl.
  • Add milk-pumpkin mix into dry mix and stir until combined. Mixture will be thick.
    • Pour into a microwaveable glass dish, 4-6 inches in length (tupperware works, too!).
    • Microwave for 2-2.5 minutes.
    • Let cool. Eat as is, or top with your favorite cake toppings!

    • Preheat oven to 350'F
    • Spray a 4 - 6" cake pan with non-stick spray.
    • Pour batter into pan, spreading evenly across (helps to spray back of spatula with non-stick spray, as batter is sticky).
    • Bake in center rack of oven for 15-17 minutes. 
    • Let cool. Eat as is, or top with your favorite cake toppings!
