Fit Whip Churro Mug Cake

We're in love with this little mug cake! For under 100 calories and in less than 3 minutes, you can enjoy this warm, sweet and cinnamony treat. We promise you won't be missing Churros! Try it with Vanilla Sugar Cookie or Chocolate Fit Whip flavors!

Fit Whip Churro Mug Cake

  • Cook Time = 1 mins  
  • Makes 1 mug cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Sugar Cookie Fit Whip (17g), Cinnamon Cereal Fit Whip (16g) or Chocolate Fit Whip (19g)
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp Unsweetened nut milk (or milk of your choice!)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup (we used Smucker's)

OPTIONAL

Top with extra cinnamon and sugar-free caramel syrup

    INSTRUCTIONS 

    • In a mug or 7oz ramekin, mix dry ingredients together.
    • With a fork, mix in milk and caramel until ingredients are just combined.
    • Microwave your mug for 60 seconds (depends on your microwave). Will be cooked through when done. 
    • Let cool, then top with more cinnamon and sugar-free caramel syrup, as you desire!
