Fit Whip Chocolate Cake

Fit Whip Chocolate Cake

Makes 1 big serving of cake
INGREDIENTS
- 2 scoops (38g) Chocolate Fit Whip
- 12g PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Dash of salt
- 3/8 cup Unsweetened Almondmilk or other milk of your choice!
OPTIONAL
Toppings of your choice: Greek Yogurt, Sprinkles, Whipped Topping, etc.INSTRUCTIONS

Mix together Fit Whip, PB2, and baking powder in a small-to-medium bowl

Add milk and mix until combined. Mixture will be thick.
- MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pour into a microwaveable glass dish, 4-6 inches in length (tupperware works, too!).
- Microwave for 60-90 seconds.
- Let cool. Eat as is, or top with your favorite cake toppings!
- BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350'F
- Spray a 4 - 6" cake pan with non-stick spray.
- Pour batter into pan, spreading evenly across (helps to spray back of spatula with non-stick spray, as batter is sticky).
- Bake in center rack of oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool. Eat as is, or top with your favorite cake toppings!
