Fit Whip Chocolate Cake

Yes, you can let chocolate cake back in your life with Fit Whip! And we're not talking a few bites. You can have a big serving for only ~210 calories, 6g net carbs  and get in a whopping 26g of protein. Really. 

What's even better? You can either microwave or bake this cake, and it turns out delicious both ways!

Fit Whip Chocolate Cake

  • Prep Time = 5 mins
  • Microwave TIme: 60-90 Seconds
  • Bake Time: 12-15 Minutes

Makes 1 big serving of cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 scoops (38g) Chocolate Fit Whip
  • 12g PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • Dash of salt
  • 3/8 cup Unsweetened Almondmilk or other milk of your choice! 

OPTIONAL

Toppings of your choice:  Greek Yogurt, Sprinkles, Whipped Topping, etc.

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Mix together Fit Whip, PB2, and baking powder in a small-to-medium bowl
    • Add milk and mix until combined. Mixture will be thick. 

    • MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: 
      • Pour into a microwaveable glass dish, 4-6 inches in length (tupperware works, too!).
      • Microwave for 60-90 seconds.
      • Let cool. Eat as is, or top with your favorite cake toppings!

    • BAKING INSTRUCTIONS 
      • Preheat oven to 350'F
      • Spray a 4 - 6" cake pan with non-stick spray.
      • Pour batter into pan, spreading evenly across (helps to spray back of spatula with non-stick spray, as batter is sticky).
      • Bake in center rack of oven for 12-15 minutes. 
      • Let cool. Eat as is, or top with your favorite cake toppings!
