Fit Whip Butter Spread


This quick and easy spread will satisfy your cravings and boost your protein by 5g for only 40 calories and 0.2g Net Carbs!

 

Fit Whip Butter

This Fit Whip Butter spread is quick to make, low on carb/caloric/macro impact and will totally satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients

  • 5 g Fit Whip Powder 
    About 2 tsp
  • 5 g PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter 
    About 2 tsp
  • 20 g Water or other liquid 
    About 4 tsp

Instructions

  • To a small bowl, measure equal parts Fit Whip powder and PB2.
  • Add water (or liquid of your choice) and mix until smooth with a spoon. Add more or less liquid to your preference.
  • Put spread on anything you desire! We like to put this on rice cakes, strawberries or drizzle *on top of yogurt/cottage cheese.
    *Note – for drizzling, add a little more liquid to create a thinner consistency.
