Fit Whip Blueberry Protein Muffins (WW Friendly)
If you've been missing muffins on your diet, give this simple, versatile recipe a try! We use blueberries here, but these can be replaced for other berries of your choice! This recipe was designed to be WW and macro-friendly being around 50 calories each and only 1-2 WW Smart Points per muffin depending on what you add!
Fit Whip Vanilla Protein Frosted Cupcakes

- Makes 4 muffins
INGREDIENTS
CUPCAKES
- 2 scoops (34g) Vanilla Sugar Cookie Fit Whip
- 1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour (or any flour of your choice)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Dash of salt
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Whipped Butter (room temp) OR 1 Egg OR 2 Tbsp Egg Whites
- 3/8 Cup (3oz or 6 Tbsp) Unsweetened nut milk (or milk of your choice!)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350'F. Spray a cupcake tin with nonstick spray or insert liners into 4 muffin tin molds.

In a small-to-medium sized bowl, mix dry ingredients together.

In a small bowl, mix together butter (or egg or egg whites), milk and vanilla.

Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients with a whisk and mix until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries.

Divide batter between 4 muffins tin molds.
- Bake for 18 minutes, or until muffins rise and are golden brown along the edges.
