This keto-friendly fudgesicle base is tasty and totally versatile! Try adding extra cocoa powder, vanilla extract, avocado, heavy cream or other low-carb ingredients into the base to make it your way!
Coconut Keto Fit Whip Fudgesicles
Enjoy this cold, keto-friendly treat for only 2.6g net carbs!

Makes 3 Fudgesicles
- 2 scoops (38g) Chocolate Fit Whip
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk (canned, full fat and unsweetened)
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Optional Chocolate Topping (as seen in picture)
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (5g)
- 2 tsp Coconut Milk (10g)
- 4 tsp Water (20g)
- 1 g Stevia or other zero-calorie sweetener of choice
- 1-2 tsp Crushed nuts or shredded coconut (unsweetened)
In a blender, mix together Fit Whip, coconut milk and unsweetened almond milk. Blend until uniform.
Divide contents evenly between three (or more) popsicle molds. Add sticks and allow to freeze in freezer for 4+ hours.
Optional Chocolate Topping:
In a small bowl or cup, mix together cocoa powder, coconut milk, water and stevia. Once fudgesicles are frozen, remove from popsicle molds. Drizzle chocolate topping over fudgesicles, and sprinkle with nuts and/or coconut as desired.
Set back in freezer for 15+ minutes.
