How to prepare a Smaller Serving of Fit Whip Frozen Treat Mix

We know the serving size of Fit Whip is HUGE. You can indulge guilt-free until you are full and satisfied! The large serving size is one reason we love Fit Whip, but we also know some of you would like to prepare less.

While the full/huge serving size of Fit Whip is easier to achieve turnover in your blender (or what we call the magical vortex), you can still make a smaller serving with a little more patience! When making the smaller size, you may have to stop your blender more frequently, use a spoon or spatula (or some extra shakes in your bullet) and resume blending a few times.

Vanilla Sugar Cookie Fit Whip 3/4 Serving Size
  • ¾ Cup Unsweetened nut milk (or milk of your choice)
  • ~1.5 Scoops (25 grams) Vanilla Sugar Cookie Fit Whip
  • 1 Heaping Cup (110 grams) Cubed Ice
Chocolate Fit Whip 3/4 Serving Size
  • ¾ Cup Unsweetened nut milk (or milk of your choice)
  • ~1.5 Scoops (27 grams) Chocolate Fit Whip
  • 1 Heaping Cup (110 grams) Cubed Ice
Standard Blender Directions:
  • Pour milk into your blender, then add the Fit Whip.
  • Start the blender on low to mix the liquid and Fit Whip together for a few seconds.
  • Stop the blender, then slowly add ice,, and resume blending. If the mixture gets stuck, stop the blender completely and use a spoon to stir the mixture, helping it 'catch' once turned on again.
  • Keep blending until mixture is fluffy, creamy and has a Wendy's Frosty-like consistency.
Bullet Blender Directions:
  • Add all ingredients to the blending cup, screw on top, and shake a few times, ensuring that you get all contents to the bottom where the blade is before blending.
  • Start blending! With the smaller serving size, the ingredients do not “grab” as well as with a full serving. You will likely need to take a few blending breaks when you hear the blade spinning and give the bullet a few good shakes and then return to blending again.
  • After a few pauses and returning to blending, your Fit Whip should be ready and have the consistency of a Wendy’s Frosty!

Important note!
Fit Whip is not like making a regular protein shake. It requires you to blend for several minutes to break up all ice chunks and achieve the desired consistency.

    • What brand of blender did you use in the video? I can’t seem to blend the ice into the mixture for a smooth consistency.
      Thanks
